The Cook Hotel and Conference Center
In 2002, Unique Cuisine was chosen as the exclusive caterer for the Lod Cook Hotel and Conference Center at LSU. Open seven days a week, we offer full-service catering for every event at Lod Cook. Our classically-trained chefs and our fully-staffed kitchen is equipped to provide catering services on-site for over 3,000 events a year – ranging from five to 1,500 people. The venue is perfect for a variety of events: weddings, holiday parties, corporate retreats, pre-game gatherings and more. With 9 meeting and banquet spaces at the facility, The Cook Hotel and Conference Center is the perfect place for any event. As the only independent boutique hotel in Baton Rouge, we provide a seamless, personalized experience with the flexibility to meet your vision down to the smallest detail.
Additionally, Unique Cuisine serves a hot breakfast and hot lunch daily, and has an on-site bar with craft cocktails, local favorites and small bites.
